Tomo means "Buddy" or "Friend" in Japanese. He was our buddy.

Oh Melissa, how tragic. I am sooo sorry. I had tears in my eyes today reading your post (I was at my first chemo session today and I read it and I was crying, and the nurse came over to check on me because they thought it was the drugs that were hurting me)
